The first session of the Sui Workshop at Pulchowk Campus successfully kicked off with an enthusiastic crowd of over 45 participants. This workshop, co-organized by iBriz Academy in collaboration with the IT Club of Pulchowk, aims to introduce university students to blockchain fundamentals and Sui’s growing ecosystem over a series of technical sessions.
We began with an Introduction to Blockchain, a foundational topic setting the tone for the sessions ahead. The interactive session explored the core principles of blockchain, its real-world applications, and its relevance in today’s digital landscape, particularly for developers and innovators.
A special highlight of the day was a virtual address from Remy from the Sui Foundation, who shared insights into the Sui community, its mission to onboard builders, and the ecosystem’s emphasis on scalability, developer tools, and user-friendly primitives. His words offered valuable context for students to understand what makes Sui unique and where it’s headed.
The morning wrapped up with a casual networking breakfast, allowing participants to connect, ask questions, and discuss ideas sparked during the session.
