Nestled in the Himalayan mountains, not many believe that Nepal could also be a hub for Web3. Yet using Sui Blockchain as a launch pad, iBriz developers continue to redefine the narrative: the new narrative that Nepali developers & especially Nepali women developers, can also compete with the best of the world.
The recent iBriz Academy Sui Workshop was more than a deep dive into blockchain; it was a glimpse into the future of tech, a future being actively shaped and co-led by women. The iBriz developer workshop in Nepal embodied Sui’s commitment to building for the 99% – creating the grassroots female technical expertise, led by both women and men. This will definitely help to power the platform’s goal of onboarding 4000 new Sui developers and one billion new users globally. iBriz family encourages other women in this space to reach out to us to build a Sui Nation equally impacted and participated by women and men.
Our sincere gratitude goes to Antoine Blanc, Global Head of IRL, Community at Sui Foundation, and Remy, Sui Community Lead, for their support and collaboration in organizing this event.

The Sui Workshop Kathmandu, held over five sessions between June and July 2025, brought together 30 participants to explore blockchain fundamentals, smart contract development, and Sui primitives. Notably, the event saw a strong turnout of women participants, marking a meaningful step toward greater female representation in Nepal’s growing Web3 developer ecosystem.
Among the tech leads organizing and executing the workshop were women iBriz developers like Smriti, Kriti, Anubhabi, Nishtha and Aayushma. Karki., more than eight women participants diving head first into the complexities of Web3. They weren’t just organizers and participants; they were future leaders, actively building and solving problems.
This atmosphere wasn’t an accident. It’s a direct reflection of our core identity because at iBriz, women are also the architects of innovation.
We see it every day. Mallika Bhattarai spearheads the Vendetta Game, while a formidable team of brilliant minds like Kriti Nyoupane, Anubhab Dhakal, Mridulata Adhikari, Anurupa Dhamala, and Ranju GC drive our blockchain and AI initiatives forward.
This is empowerment in action. When an iBriz Academy participant sees an expert like Smriti leading the class and learns about trailblazers like Mallika building the company’s future, a career in tech transforms from a distant possibility into a clear, achievable path.
The Sui workshop was our mission in motion. At iBriz and iBriz Academy, we aren’t just talking about supporting women in tech; we are a company being led by them, building a more inclusive and brilliant future for all.
