Arttoo: More Than a Gallery, It’s an On-Chain Commercial Hub

Arttoo is a comprehensive web application designed for the listing, trading, and management of high-value artwork. The platform consists of two key components: a public-facing product website with a full art directory, and a secure owner dashboard for asset management.

• Hybrid On-Chain/Off-Chain Design: We designed a system where the visual and descriptive data is managed efficiently off-chain, while the critical ownership and transaction data is immutably secured on-chain via Sui smart contracts.
• Fungible Token Smart Contracts for Ownership: We architected a robust smart contract system for minting fungible tokens representing shares or sole ownership of physical artwork. This allows for both fractional and whole ownership, opening up new models for art investment.
• Secure Kiosk Integration: All ownership tokens are minted and held directly in the user’s personal Sui Kiosk, ensuring true self-custody and control over their valuable assets.
